Q: How long does it take to ship?  **Please note due to COVID-19 no delivery times are guaranteed.**

Orders are received and processed 24-72 hours after purchase. Turn around times for processing and shipping are as follows:

  • Shirts, Tanks & Sweatshirts - 3-28 days
  • Tumblers & Epoxy Products - 3 weeks
  • Patches, Embroidered Items & Stickers - 7-10 business days

We us USPS first class and priority mail for all shipping.

At this time, we do not keep a large stock on hand so most items are created when you order them.  We generally start an item on the first business day after your order. Turn around time, from order date to shipping is 15-28 business days on all products unless stated otherwise.  Turn around time does not include weekends or holidays. Processing time for ready to ship (RTS) items are 7-10 business days. These times can also be shorter depending on the volume of orders we have at the time.

Please note: Due to increased traffic during sales and holidays, orders may take longer to process.

Q: How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary.  The number of products you purchase, where you are located and the weight will determine your shipping cost.  Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: We offer International Shipping on our products and while we understand shipping can be very high, we have no control over it and we only charge you what the Post Office is charging us.

Q: I have not received my order, do you have a tracking update?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information.  This will provide you with the current location of your package.

Q: My tracking information says that my package was delivered, but I didn't receive it. Where is it?

Once a package has been dropped off with USPS, it is in their hands and we no longer have control.  Please contact USPS directly with your tracking information for assistance. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the USPS to file a claim.  Please give USPS ample time to deliver your package. 

All orders are sent to the shipping address entered when you check out. Please make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for packages that are not delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned to us because the address is incorrect, the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again. Please contact us right away if you have made a mistake with your address at checkout and need to change it.  We understand things happen and updating an address before an item is shipped is not a problem at all.  chaoticcustomworks@gmail.com

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. No exchanges or returns are accepted unless there is a serious mistake on our end. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at chaoticcustomworks@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Certain types of items cannot be returned, face masks (due to any possible contamination) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Once an order is placed, we do not allow cancellations, no exceptions.  If you need an item by a specific time (for a birthday, wedding, etc.) but aren’t sure if our turn around times fit your needs, please email us at chaoticcustomworks@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q: How soon will I be refunded once I send the item back?

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your refund.  Once it has been processed, you will receive an email detailing your refund.  Shipping charges are not refunded.

Q: I've tried to contact by social media with no reply.  How do I get in contact with you?

Because of the growth in our business, we only communicate via email.  With so many platforms out there, it is impossible to try to answer questions through all of them.  Please feel free to contact us by email any time for any questions.

Q: How accurate are your sizes?

  • Tees, Hoodies and Sweatshirts are unisex and have a basic fit - Ladies should size down if you prefer a slimmer fit
  • Cut and tied shirts have a slightly tighter fit
  • Shirts that are cut and not tied fit normally
